Please ensure you arrive exactly
on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late, we will need to rebook your visit for another time.
Please make sure you observe
social distancing at all times.
For now, carers cannot
accompany you inside.
Children can only be seen one at a time, accompanied by one adult.
You will need to ring the buzzer on arrival to gain access. Wear gloves if possible, or cover your fingers.
On entry, please maintain 2m social distancing and please do not touch anything as you are escorted to your allocated waiting area.
Please do not leave this area until you are called.
Please place all coats and bags in the container provided. Make sure you do not bring any valuables with you.
You will only be able to take
items that fit into your pocket
with you into the surgery.
We will take your consent and medical details as usual on our tablets, but we will sign them on your behalf so that you do not need to touch the screen.
Your nurse or hygienist will sanitise your hands, and then escort you
to your allocated surgery.
Once in the surgery, you will need to rinse with antiseptic mouthwash. Your appointment will then begin as normal.

We are unable to accept cash
or cheques at this time.
To help protect our staff and patients, payment must be made by credit or debit card.
Toilet facilities are not available
for patient use at this time.
When your appointment is finished, your dentist, nurse or hygienist will escort you safely back to your allocated waiting area to gather your belongings, then safely take you to the door.
