Special Conditions For Attending Appointments
As a precaution, we check the temperature of our team daily, and we will also check and record your temperature on arrival
If you experience a cough, a fever, a raised temperature or other recognised symptoms of Covid-
You are required to wear a face mask, or other suitable face covering*, which covers your mouth and nose upon entering our practice.
Please do not remove it until instructed to do so by our team.
*If you are unable to wear a mask, or unsure what is a suitable face covering, please contact us prior to your appointment.
You must wear a mask when attending!
Please make sure you arrive exactly on time for your appointment.
If you arrive late,we will need to reschedule your appointment for another time.
Please make sure you observe social distancing at all times.
Sorry, carers cannot accompany you inside at this time.
Children can only be seen one at a time and
may only be accompanied by one adult.
On arrival, you will need to press the buzzer to gain access.
Please use gloves if possible, cover your fingers or clean your hands with hand sanitiser before pressing the buzzer button.

Please place all coats and bags in the container provided.
Make sure you do not bring any valuables with you.
Please do not leave this area until you are called.
You will only be able to take items that fit
into your pocket with you into the surgery.
We will take your consent and medical details as
usual on our tablets, but we will sign them on your
behalf so that you do not need to touch the screen.
Your nurse or hygienist will sanitise your hands, and then
escort you at a safe distance to your allocated surgery.
Once in the surgery, you will need to rinse with antiseptic mouthwash. Your appointment will then begin as normal.

can only be made by phone on 020 8657 4477.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card.
We are unable to accept cash or cheques at this time.
This helps to ensure the safety of our staff.
Toilet facilities are not available for patient use at this time.
When you have finished your appointment, your dentist, nurse or hygienist will escort you safely back to your allocated waiting area to gather your belongings, then safely take you to the door.
